Acupressure & Reiki –

the fast-acting  treatment for quick relief

By Prashant Dayal.

I first went to meet Mukesh and Deepika bahen about five years ago. This meeting was arranged by Vivek Desai, who worked with as a photographer in Divya Bhaskar daily with me. The occasion was like this:
Vivek had mentioned about one patient, Sharmila bahen, who suffered from an unimaginable skin disease. She had consulted renowned skin specialists of India in Ahmedabad, Vadodara and Mumbai. With modern medicines, her condition was not improving but rather becoming from bad to worse…
Sharmila bahen followed advice given by Mukesh bhai and Deepika bahen and she remained for a few weeks ( 42 days) only on goat’s milk. After this treatment, she was miraculously cured . When I heard this, I had some doubts. But if Vivek is telling this, it can not be a bluff. With this confidence, I went to Nihar Arogya Mandir and met Sharmila bahen.
I had published her story in Divya Bhaskar as narrated by her. This was my first meeting with Mukesh bhai and Deepika bahen. Once I was with them , I felt as though I know them since many  years. Thereafter, never a month has passed when I have not met them…
My wife Shivani had discontinued her allopathic medicines after she consulted them. She was suffering from some problems in lungs and uterus.  I write this in past tense because she has now been cured of it. Shivani used to have a longer menstrual cycle. She would often be treated by Deepika bahen &  be cured of it but the problem would relapse after some time.
Mukeshbhai and Deepika bahen practice Naturopathy but they have no prejudice or rigidity in their approach. They do not use medicines in their treatment but at the same time they do not blindly oppose allopathic treatment.

Modern science has reached new heights today. In spite of this, many hospitals world over are using acupressure and reiki therapies to treat their patients.  Reiki is adopted as a respectable treatment in countries where nothing gets accepted unless there is documentary proof in its support. The therapy  that does not use medicines is known as nature cure.

Shivani and I went to meet Deepika bahen in the first week of January. She examined her condition and advised that it is better to surgically remove uterus so that she  gets rid of her frequent problems. I was little surprised to hear that but realized that she was right.  We met Dr. Hasmukh Agrawal at Resham bai Hospital situated in Shahibaug (Ahmedabad).
Shivani was really in bad shape. Her one lung was not functioning well and therefore she can’t be given general anesthesia. With constant bleeding , she had lost so much weight that she now weighed just 36kg. In spite of such difficult condition, Dr Agrawal performed the surgery very well.
As she was given general anesthesia, Shivani used to experience severe pain after her surgery. She would often scream in pain . Dr Kamlesh was also perplexed. Doctors prescribed Dynapar injections as pain killer but they too were of no help in removing her pain.

Distant Reiki treatment means that the patient is at one place and the Reiki healer is at another place several kilometers away and he is able to send the treatment over this long distance. When the healer informs: “I am starting the treatment. You please observe the patient. If she is in need of sleep, she will go to sleep. If she is suffering from acute pain, the pain will start reducing. Once this happens and you are able to see with your own eyes that the patient has received the relief that was sent by the Reiki healer... there is no option but to admit that the distant reiki works. This is the only way to search for the truth.

I telephoned Mukeshbhai and described Shivani’s condition. He assured me that I need not worry and that he will right now talk to Navinbhai. I already knew Navinbhai through Mukeshbhai.
In a short while, Mukeshbhai telephoned me: “Navinbhai is now sending the reiki . Shivani bahen will go to sleep .” This was difficult to understand or believe. After fifteen minutes, Shivani went into deep sleep like as in normal sleep. I did not first believe that some one can send Reiki from a distant and it will be so effective. But in this case, I myself  have experienced it.
After spending five days in the hospital, Shivani returned to our home. During her hospitalization, my mother – living with my brother -  had come to stay with us to look after us.  She developed severe pain in her waist (lumbago) and could not stand on her feet. This happened on the very same day Shivani returned home.
I got worried and gave some pain killer tablets but they were not effective. Doctor visited her at our home and gave a Voveran ( pain killer) injection . This too had no effect. So I rand up one orthopedic doctor who is a friend too. He suggested to bring her to his clinic. I told him that my residence is  on third floor and it not possible for her to climb down the staircase.
He sent his junior doctor to my residence. He helped us a lot. My mother was operated for breast cancer three years ago.
She now started having severe pain in the groin also in addition to   the  waist (lumbago) . The doctor who came for home visit and gave some medicines also gave a preliminary diagnosis which was very frightening.  In his opinion, the breast cancer might have spread towards the lower body. I was shattered from within. Next day I went to Mukeshbhai when he was teaching yoga-meditation-pranayam to his morning batch of patients at Nihar. I sat near him and briefed  him about my mother’s condition. What to do now?
He replied: “ Navinbhai will visit your home tomorrow. Right now it is 8 am. At 8 am tomorrow, your mother will be walking.” Navinbhai came and gave acupressure treatment. That evening, my mother once again started walking.  Next day by 8 am, she was moving around in a normal manner.
Friends, I am not against allopathic treatment. But after several experiences, I have realized that it is possible to live without medicines also. Our age-old, traditional healing therapies like naturopathy and acupressure certainly are very effective. In case you are not benefited through them, at least you will not have to undergo the sufferings of the side effects of allopathic medicines.
May all  be happy and free from sickness.
